Support Desk

   How our free support desk system works...

We make use of an Online Support Ticketing system and Knowledge Base to provide you with friendly and efficient product support. Due to our support email addresses being flooded with Spam we had no other choice but to switch to a system where Spam is not possible.

We will do our best to help you as best we can!

  1. Check the Knowledge Base link for common questions. Or just click on the [Knowledge Base Tab] on the Support Desk page. If your question or problem is not found there, go to our Support Desk.
  2. If your problem or question is not found in our knowledge Base go to our Support Desk. Set-up a support account (only takes a minute) if you don't already have one, and ask your question. You will usually receive a response in 24-48 hours, Monday through Friday, not including weekends and holidays.

    In some cases we may wish to contact you directly. Some solutions may require direct contact by voice (phone) or a computer support session. In either case you will be contacted and the situation will be explained should this type of support be necessary. Please make sure we have your correct and current contact information.

If we think your question and our answer will benefit others, we will post it in our Knowledge Base. Don't worry, your personal and contact information will not be published.
